CLEP for AP Scores 3 or less

A student who scores a 3 or less on an AP exam should consider taking the corresponding CLEP.  While many colleges require an AP score of 4 or more for credit, they will accept a CLEP score of 50.  That's the same as requiring a "B" or better on the AP exam but only a  "C" on the CLEP.
